Our meat boxes are sent fresh from our on-site artisan butchery. We can deliver to all of Ireland and the UK using courier delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched when in stock. In most instances this will be the week following your order. However as we are a small farm orders can sometimes take 2 weeks, particularly for fresh meat.
Once you have received your processed email from us, delivery will occur via courier in the following 24-48 hours.
Chilled Deliveries are sent by courier (Parcelforce throughout the UK and NI, or DPD throughout ROI) with next day delivery as per the couriers terms and conditions. You must make sure you are in, as we cannot refund items for the courier being unable to deliver.
Smaller goods are shipped first class.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
A zero returns policy is offered on all perishable items.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Chilled products are packed within insulated boxes manufactured by Woolcool. These are fully biodegradable, wool insulated boxes, that can also be re-used.
The temperature is kept cool for chilled products using non-leak ice blocks. These do occasionally cause condensation so do not worry if the product is slightly damp. Again these are fully reusable and a 5 minute soak will allow them to reabsorb water before being frozen again.
Regarding cancellations for any of our events and classes we cannot offer any refunds on tickets for classes or events.
We will however endeavour to resell your ticket for you if enough notice is given in order to provide you with a refund minus a small admin fee.
If we cannot resell your ticket, sadly we cannot provide a refund.
