Sausage Stuffing: Get to grips with the hydraulic stuffer and make your sausages. Ps this part will cause some giggles!
Tying: Form the important links and tie your sausages ready for use.
Learn how to make your own sausages in this masterclass here at Broughgammon Farm. The class starts at 2pm and runs until 4pm here at farm. Please arrive 10 minutes early and also wear warm clothes and shoes as the butchery can get a bit chilly!
