We’re so excited to be teaming up with Ruairidh from North Coast Smokehouse for an afternoon of curing and smoking. A hands on masterclass, you will learn how to hot and cold smoke fish. You will also receive your very own small scale hot smoker to take home so you can use your new skills back in your own kitchen.
There will be cold smoked tasters and Ruairidh will be showing you how to fillet, cure and hot smoke trout which you will then do yourselves on the day with Ruairidh’s assistance.
This is a wonderful chance to learn artisan skills off an award winning smoker. Plus you’ll get to take home your smoked trout and your own smoker.
