Why not spend a dark winter’s evening learning a new skill? This November we will be opening our butchery doors for two Wild Game Butchery classes. Running from 7-9pm they are the perfect way to extend the dark evenings and also will provide you with a vital new skill!Sandy Cole - Copy

During the course you’ll learn what to look for when buying game, how to prepare it (plucking, skinning etc), and butcher it. We’ll also talk about the best ways to cook the different cuts and varieties. You’ll get to take away your game at the end of the class.

The class will run on November 9th and 23rd from 7-pm and cost £49.
