TRANSITION Supper Club
March is a bridging season between winter and spring and as a result growers experience “the hunger gap”. This is where the winter veg slows down and the spring crops aren’t ready for harvesting. We are really looking forward to sharing with you our March menu inspired by this time on the farm. Expect outstanding dishes that celebrate classic farm to fork cookery.
