Our limited edition free range, pasture raised pork box fresh from our small farm in Northern Ireland.
It’s fair to say our pork is outstanding. Praised by the one and only Darina Allen, our pigs are pasture raised, reared outdoors on a regenerative system, feasting on our rich herbal leys, cover crops and last years vegetable field (replacing the plough ).
The pork itself is all butchered by us, on site in our artisan butchery. Our pork is part of our increasingly regenerative system here at Broughgammon where we strive to farm with our animal’s welfare, biodiversity and the health of soil at the forefront of our minds.
The result is sustainable, delicious pork a thousand miles away from anything you’ll find in the supermarkets.
